Staying ahead of the color curve is something that is beneficial when considering interior purchases for the upcoming year.
The major players such as Benjamin Moore Paint are using buzz words such as "Heritage" "Process", "Protection" and "Enlightenment" to describe the up and coming color palette.
Camel and Khaki are the new neutral predications that lend a solid base to layering splashes of color. Reds will be feminine in nature suggesting softness, blushing pinks will lend to the vintage side. If you are looking for a ray of sunshine, the yellow color palette will be bright and reflective. Green will go crisper with a teal influence while supporting the safari and camouflage tones.
Blue will be the main event in 2012. Water and Air are the inspiration. On the darker side, saturated blues that lend themselves to charcoal will be the new black.
